Many Happy Returns
The special teams were arguably the most consistent unit on the
team throughout the 2007, with players excelling in every phase of
special teams play. No unit had a better season than the kickoff
return group, however.
The Texans tied the NFL record for most kickoff returns for
touchdown in a season, taking four kicks back for scores. Houston
became the fourth team in NFL history to accomplish that feat and
the first to do so in 13 years.
