and Pittsburgh in 2006…played for NFL Europe’s<br />

Cologne Centurions in 2006, where he threw for<br />

1,139 yards and five touchdowns and became<br />

the league’s single-season record holder for<br />

rushing yards by a quarterback, totaling 339<br />

yards and eclipsing previous record holder Jon<br />

Kitna by five yards.<br />

2007 (<strong>Houston</strong> 0/0): Went through training camp<br />

with the Arizona Cardinals but was released<br />

before the start of the regular season (8/31)…<br />

signed to the <strong>Texans</strong> practice squad in the<br />

middle of the season (10/24) and spent six weeks<br />

there before being signed to the 53-man active<br />

roster for the final four weeks of the season…<br />

suited up but did not play vs. Tampa Bay (12/9),<br />

Denver (12/13), at Indianapolis (12/23) and vs.<br />

Jacksonville (12/30).<br />

and was inactive as the third quarterback in the<br />

was the second SEC player drafted in the 12th<br />
