This Code is part of a regulatory package designed to deal with the safe use of
hazardous substances in the workplace so as to minimise the risk of disease and
injury due to the exposure to hazardous substances in the workplace.

practical advice on the use of saws and drills and associated equipment used
in the cutting and drilling of concrete and other building structural materials
during construction work.

installation of silos and field bins used on farms.

This Code provides practical guidance and sets minimum safety requirements
for electrical practices on all construction sites in NSW.
Facade retention code of practice
This Code provides industry with a set of minimum safety requirements
applicable to facade retention. It sets out the minimum requirements for the
safe planning, procedures and maintenance for facade retention.
Formwork code of practice
This Code provides employers, self-employed and employees with practical
advice on preventing injury to persons engaged in erecting and dismantling
formwork and associated equipment.
Hot or cold environments code of practice
The aim of this Code of Practice is to assist employers in deciding on appropriate
measures to eliminate or control the risks to employees who work in hot or
cold environments.
