The Window <strong>of</strong> Hope Program, Namibia 171It may be too early to say [what the role <strong>of</strong> a child/youth may be in terms <strong>of</strong> HIV <strong>prevention</strong>]because we will need to do some form <strong>of</strong> assessments, years down the road. But what ishappening is that these children are being taught and I want to believe they are takingresponsibility for their own future. They are being taught to be able to say “Yes and No” loudand clear.
