(Also an Anti-Poverty Strategy)Activities:Expanded Credit Counseling Activities: In addition to <strong>of</strong>fering credit counseling opportunities toall housing rehab applicants, the <strong>City</strong> will also be expanding its counseling services to reach moreindividuals and cover more topics in the future. Recently certified as a HUD credit counselingagency, the <strong>City</strong> can now <strong>of</strong>fer group or 1:1 services in the areas <strong>of</strong> homebuyer education, pre- andpost-purchase counseling, mortgage delinquency, loss mitigation, money and debt management, andfair housing.Inputs: No additional funding for these services as yet.Number and Type <strong>of</strong> Households to be Assisted (Outputs): The <strong>City</strong> currently assists 50-75 personsthrough counseling and referrals.(Estimated 40% <strong>of</strong> households at
