However, it was felt that thereshould not be a target for the provision of key workers.There was general agreement that the plan should allow for the provision of rural affordablehousing exception sites and that this should be extended to provide opportunities on the edgeof the urban areas.There was general agreement that empty homes should be used for affordable housing.
