MC35i AT Command Set10. GPRS Commands10. GPRS CommandsThis chapter describes AT Commands that a TE (Terminal Equipment, e.g. an application running on a controllingPC) may use to control the MC35i acting as GPRS Mobile Termination (MT). Please use chapter "UsingGPRS AT commands (Examples)" as a first guidance.10.1 AT+CGACT PDP context activate or deactivateSyntaxTest CommandAT+CGACT=?Response(s)+CGACT: (list of supported s)OKRead CommandAT+CGACT?Response(s)+CGACT: , [+CGACT: , ]...OKWrite CommandAT+CGACT=[[, [, ]]]Response(s)OKERROR+CME ERRORReference(s) PIN ASC0 MUX1 MUX2 MUX3 LastGSM 07.07 % % % % % ! !Command DescriptionThe test command is used for requesting information on the supported PDP context activation states. The read command returns the current activation states for all the defined PDP contexts. The write command is used to activate or deactivate the specified PDP context(s). After the command has completed, the MT remains in V.250 command state. If any PDP context is already in the requested state, the statefor that context remains unchanged. If the MT is not GPRS attached when the activation form of the commandis executed, the MT first performs a GPRS attach and then attempts to activate the specified contexts. If nos are specified the activation/deactivation form of the command activates/deactivates all defined contexts. If the MT is not able to activate a context because of a failed attach, the command returns "ERROR" or "+CMEERROR: unknown" after 385 seconds (timer T3310 expired). If the MT is attached but is not able to activate a context for more than 160 seconds (timer T3380 expired), commandreturns "ERROR" or "+CME ERROR: unspecified GPRS error. In this case AT+CEER returns "+CEER:51,3,0".The command should not be used to deactivate a PDP context during the implicit PDP context deactivation procedurewhich is started automatically after LCP termination or by dropping the DTR line (if AT&D2 is configured). For details refer to Section 10.3.1, Automatic deactivation of PDP context during dial-up PPP.MC35i_ATC_V02.00nConfidential / ReleasedPage 194 of 3909/10/08
