There is relatively lessactivity in the other sectors although we recognise that there is considerable activitywhich this project has not captured: we have not, for example, conducted a survey ofcommercial <strong>and</strong> micro-scale <strong>food</strong> processing <strong>and</strong> manufacturing in <strong>and</strong> around out twocase study cities.In summary, local practitioners have a range of views as to what constitutes <strong>urban</strong>agriculture: from the narrow to the broad. Just as the literature spans a number ofdifferent conceptions <strong>and</strong> descriptions, so too did our interviewees. Most however wereprepared to take an inclusive approach <strong>and</strong> rather than say that certain activities had<strong>Urban</strong> <strong>food</strong> <strong>security</strong>, <strong>urban</strong> <strong>resilience</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>climate</strong> <strong>change</strong> 50
