With approval fromthe Program Director, NBCX 1201X may be substituted for NBC 680for pre or active candidates in the Master of Arts in Teaching degreeprogram.When enrolling in NBCX 1201X, a one month introduction course,teachers are provided with access to NBCX 1801X at no additionalcharge. This monthly national online collaborative is offered throughthe Division of Extended Learning. NBCX 1801X will be shown on anExtended Learning transcript that is separate from the academictranscript.Option B: NBCX 1800X (NBCX 1801X included)4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)Teachers may enroll in the NBCT Academy for CEU credit. AlthoughCEUs cannot be converted to graduate credit, teachers are providedwith an identical introduction course as the NBCX 1201X course; butwithout a letter grade (satisfactory/unsatisfactory).
