201CZECHOSLOVAK JOURNAL OF PHYSICSAUTHOR'S ANSWER TO THE REFEREE'S COMMENTS ON THE PAPER"ACTION OF CONSTANT ELECTRIC CURRENT ON ELECTRONS AT REST DUETO THE ABSOLUTE VELOCITY OF THE EARTH" by Stefan Marinov1) The first objection which the referee raises against my paper is the follwoing:"The author gives no convincing arguments for changing the usual electrodynamics".The results of the rotational Kennard experiment (1917) and of the inertial Kennardexperiment carried out by me and reported in the present paper present ENOUGH experimentalevidence for discarding the theory of relati'ity and conventional electromagnetismand for accepting my absolute space-time theory.In the rotational Kennard experiment (fig. -2) there is a double circular current loopand a piece of wire put along the radius between both circular loops. The inertialKennard experiment (fig. 1) is a "topological" transformation of the inertial one wherethere is a prolongated rectangular loop with a piece of wire between its bases. I givethe effects observed by Kennard and by me, and the predictions of Einstein and of me.I leave place, so that the referee gives also HIS predictions.
