As such, they are not app*.opriate for the Journal of Classical andQuantum Gravity, which deals with neither Special Relativity/electromagnetism nor withpractical experimental work. (The journal does cover experimental tests of General Relativitybut only from the point of view of theoretical analysis.)Clearly, if the ideas proposed proved to be correct, the ramifications for GeneralRelativity would be profound, and these ramifications might reasonably be discussed in thisjournal. However, both Special Relativity and General Relativity have been experimentallytested to extreme accuracy with numerous independent tests and it is therefore up to theauthor either to show that his theory also satisfies these tests or to show why they arewrong.Itherefore advise that the articles should be rejected.BOARD REPORT
