Über welche Veranstaltungs- bzw. Banketträumlichkeiten,<br />
die für Botschaftsempfänge geeignet sind, verfügen Sie?<br />
Das Herzstück unseres Bankettbereichs ist der Ballsaal Theophil. Mit<br />
281 m2 ist er der größte Veranstaltungsraum des Hauses und bietet<br />
Platz für bis zu 265 Personen. Neben unseren weiteren acht<br />
Konferenzräumen bietet unser Executive Board Room das Highlight<br />
für ein High-Tech Meeting. Und unsere Henri Lou Event Location<br />
schafft das richtige Flair für einen exklusiven Empfang oder ein<br />
Gala-Essen in kleiner Runde.<br />

54 Suiten und fünf verschiedene Kategorien mit einer Wohnfläche bis<br />
zu 320 m2 bieten – mit klassischem Design, Wiener Stilelementen,<br />
dezenten Farben und edlen Stoffen – die perfekte Atmosphäre für<br />
jeden Aufenthalt. Die Präsidenten Suite, unser Highlight unter den<br />
Suiten, erstreckt sich entlang des Schottenrings.<br />
Wie sieht es mit den Sicherheitsvorkehrungen aus?<br />
Das Hotel ist rundum freistehend und die Tiefgarage liegt außerhalb<br />
der Hotelmauern, was eine Sicherung des Gebäudes ungemein<br />
unterstützt. Die permanent abgesicherten Treppenhäuser wie auch<br />
Aufzüge lassen keinen externen Besucher in die Gäste-Etagen dank<br />
des elektronischen Kartenzugangs. Ein ausgeklügeltes CC-TV<br />
Überwachungssystem lässt eine lückenlose Sicherung aller<br />
öffentlichen Bereiche wie übrigens auch in der Präsidenten Suite zu.<br />
Welche Business Facilities bieten Sie?<br />
Alle Zimmer sind mit WLAN sowie dem iPad-Entertainment-System<br />
ausgestattet, das nicht nur die Steuerung sämtlicher Funktionen im<br />
Raum, sondern auch Bestellungen beim Room Service, Buchungen<br />
von Spa-Treatments und die Lektüre von Tageszeitungen ermöglicht.<br />
Besonders erwähnenswert ist: Das Business Center hat 24 Stunden<br />
geöffnet – an 365 Tagen im Jahr.<br />

What types of suites do you offer?<br />
54 suites and five different categories with a residential area of up to<br />
320 m2 with classic design, Viennese stylistic elements, gentle colours<br />
and exquisite fabrics provide the perfect atmosphere for any stay. The<br />
Presidential Suite, our highlight when it comes to our suites, stretches<br />
along the Schottenring boulevard.<br />
Which kinds of safety precautions do you take?<br />
The hotel is completely detached and the underground car park is<br />
located outside of the hotel walls, which is extremely beneficial in<br />
terms of the security of the building. The permanently secured<br />
staircases, as well as the elevators, keep external visitors from<br />
entering the guest floors thanks to exclusive access via electronic<br />
card. An ingenious CCTV security system allows for a seamless<br />
safeguarding of all public areas as well as the Presidential Suite.<br />
What business facilities do you offer?<br />
Every room is equipped with wireless internet as well as an iPad<br />
entertainment system which not only allows for controlling various<br />
functionalities in the room but also for ordering room service, booking<br />
spa treatments as well as requesting newspapers. Especially worth<br />
mentioning: the business centre is opened 24 hours a day, 365 days<br />
a year.<br />
What type of event or banquet rooms do you have which are<br />
suitable for embassy receptions?<br />
The Theophil ballroom is the heart of our banquet area. With 281 m2<br />
it is the biggest event room in the building and provides space for up<br />
to 265 people. Next to our additional 8 conference rooms, our<br />
Executive Board Room is another highlight for high-tech meetings.<br />
And our Henri Lou event location provides the right atmosphere for<br />
any kind of exclusive reception or a gala dinner for a small group.<br />
