<strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Hydrology</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Balneology</strong>: <strong>Environmental</strong> <strong>Aspects</strong><br />

achieved for a longer time period, up to one year, in cases where the sulphuric<br />

peloid was not applied on the operated hip. Therefore, the authors plead for using<br />

sulphuric peloid in M. Perthes in order to achieve much faster remodeling of the<br />

femoral head, <strong>and</strong> to rehabilitate children for walk <strong>and</strong> everyday activities as soon<br />

as possible. Some scientific research has been initiated in this direction. Therefore,<br />

our further studies will be oriented toward this direction on the cellular level.<br />
