Introduction and Objectives
Background context: A relationship between obesity and lower back pain, two of
the most important public health concerns, has been demonstrated. However, there
are no studies comparing the effectiveness of a multimodal physiotherapy program
(MPP) (combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and health education)
in patients with chronic non-specific lower back pain (CNLBP) where the criteria
for the groups is the patients' BMI.
