Are steel USTs/underground piping equipped with cathodic protection? Is the UST tank monitoring system functioning properly? Are electronic daily inventory checks conducted on Facility USTs? Are inventory/reconciliation records completed and kept at the Facility? Does a District representative monitor the electronic inventory checks? Are leak detection systems and cathodic protection systems tested and calibrated annually (records/logs kept for 3 years)?
