Shipping Schedule

You need communication, commitment and timely delivery of your orders. Superior quality, customer service, and fast

shipping are the foundation of our business so we will always strive to ship your orders in less than our published

timeframes. Assuming that your order is ready for processing (including all drawings and worksheets) the shipping

schedule chart outlines when you can expect your order to be shipped.

Order Type

In-House Processing Days

• Parts Only 2-4

• Cut to length T-slotted profiles (with or without parts)

• Cut to length mill-finish structural shapes

2-4

• Parts, panels, and T-slotted profiles with standard machining in addition to cuts 7-9

These shipping times are for standard clear anodize orders. For the complete shipping

schedule, including black anodize orders, visit 8020.net/shipping-information.

Preferred Carriers

To ensure timely and safe delivery of your products 80/20 works with preferred carriers. These carriers understand

and have committed to our high level of quality and customer service. They make daily scheduled pick-ups. If you

have a transportation company you prefer to use and they are not on this list, we will work with you to accommodate.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Carriers:

• UPS Freight • Old Dominion • Conway (XPO)

• YRC Freight • ABF Freight

Parcel Carriers:

• UPS Ground

• FedEx Ground

• FedEx Express

Damaged or Lost Shipments

UPS and Prepaid Truck Shipments:

Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on the packing slip and bill of lading. All shipping

discrepancies must be reported to 80/20 Inc. within 14 days of receipt of your order. Keep all damaged goods for inspection.

Truck or Expedited Freight (when you select the carrier):

Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on the packing slip and bill of lading. All shipping

damages, discrepancies and shortages must be reported to the carrier you selected within 7 days of receipt of your order. Keep

all damaged containers and goods for your carrier to inspect. File your claim with your carrier for the damages at that time.

Return Policy

1. Contact your 80/20 distributor or 80/20 Inc. for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) packaging form.

2. Write the RGA number on the packing list AND shipping label of your return carton. Full credit is given for undamaged,

unused stock parts.

3. Carefully wrap and pack all parts you’re returning to prevent damage (and possible credit refusal) during shipping.
