To open the Export Optimizer:
1. Choose Export Optimizer... from the File menu.

2. From the Export Optimizer dialog, use the Options tab to specify the file
format, and format-specific options such as bit depth, dithering, palette, and
compression. The Size tab lets you scale, stretch, or squash the image, while
setting an export Quality setting.
3. (Optional) Click the Double or Quad buttons to see before-and-after
image comparisons. Select a pane to make it active, then alter export settings
(you'll see the pane changed to "Optimized") to compare the newly optimized
image to its original.
To revert back to a single pane, click Single.
4. Review your optimized image, and when you're happy with it, click the Export
button.
5. From the Export dialog, enter a file name, and choose a file format from the
"Save as type" drop-down list. The export format and custom settings will be
remembered for future exports.
To preview an image in your Web browser:
• Choose Preview in Browser... from the File menu. PhotoPlus exports the
image as a temporary file, then opens the file for preview in your web browser.
