Яркая и роскошная новогодняя ярмарка —
весь декабрь на первом этаже ЦУМа.
Главная тема оформления праздника —
китайский дракон, а вместе с ним колоритная
восточная культура. Подарки
при этом традиционные европейские: свечи,
музыкальные шкатулки, елочные игрушки, гирлянды,
открытки и прочая новогодняя атрибутика. Конечно,
от лучших производителей. Цены — соответствующие.
В универмаге Tsvetnoy новогодний базар попроще,
но зато более масштабный. С 1 по 31 декабря первый
и цокольный этажи торгового центра будут буквально
заполнены подарками и предпраздничным весельем.
Ожидаются елки и украшения для них, декоративные
снеговики, куклы и прочие полезные и бесполезные
вещи, которые можно подарить кому угодно.
Любимая москвичами рождественская ярмарка
Seasons пройдет в саду «Эрмитаж» 24 и 25 декабря.
Кроме подарков тут будут специально установленные
к празднику качели, каток и, конечно, новогодняя
атмосфера. Цены на подарки и на вход немного
завышенные, но это того стоит.
Отовариться подешевле 24 и 25 декабря можно
на ярмарке «Другие вещи», где продаются предметы
ручной работы и дизайнерские штучки. Если хорошо
поискать, можно найти шедевр по приемлемой цене.
Причем часто на этой ярмарке продавцами работают
сами дизайнеры, поэтому есть шанс поторговаться.
Ожидаются также мастер-классы, конкурсы и сюрпризы.
Необычные старинные и, к сожалению, довольно
дорогие подарки будут продаваться 22—25 декабря
на ярмарке «Блошиный рынок». Можно попытать
счастье и попробовать найти елочную игрушку из советского
детства. За такую никаких денег не жалко.

striking and sumptuous Christmas fair
throughout the whole of December is on
the first floor of the Central Department
Store (TsUM). This year the main theme
of the holiday decoration is the Chinese
Dragon and the colorful Oriental
culture, while the gifts are traditionally European:
candles, music boxes, Christmas decorations, garlands,
Christmas postcards and other paraphernalia. From
the best manufacturers, of course; therefore the prices.
At the Tsvetnoy Central Market, the Christmas Fair
is simpler, but on a larger scale. From December 1 till
31, the first and basement floors of the shopping center
are literally swamped with gifts and pre-holiday fun.
There will be Christmas trees and decorations for them,
decorative snowmen, dolls, and other useful and useless
things that you can give to anyone.
Christmas fair the Seasons, a favorite with
the Muscovites, is traditionally held in the Hermitage
Gardens on December 24&25. Apart from presents
there will be swings specially built for the holiday,
ice skating and, of course, a Christmas atmosphere.
The prices for gifts and the entrance tickets are a bit
high, but it’s worth it.
You can make a cheaper shopping at the Other
Things fair (December 24&25) usually selling handmade
things and designer articles. If you search well you can
find a masterpiece at an affordable price. The sales
people are often the designers themselves, so there is
a chance to bargain. Visitors look forward to master
classes, competitions and surprises.
Unusual, vintage and, unfortunately, quite expensive
gifts are sold from December 22 to 25 at the Flea
Market. You can try to find a Christmas toy from
the Soviet years, for which you’ll spare no money —
it’s a holiday after all.
