Modifying Output Queues
How to Modify Job or Queue Settings
1. Select the output queue (see page 11-1). Or select the job (see
page 11-6) if the modifications should apply to this single job only.
2. Click on to open a dialog.
The title bar indicates the name of the queue or job that will be
modified (see Fig. 9-1).
3. Make the changes on the different dialog tabs.
Click the HELP button if you need help with the options and settings.
Some of the additional options are explained below.
4. Click OK to close the dialog and to apply the changes.
Changing the settings of a queue does not apply to jobs that are
already located in this queue, even if you reprocess them. The
modified settings will only apply to jobs added to the queue subsequently.
The settings of existing jobs will remain unchanged.

Overview of Print Output Options
