Searching Jobs
How to find out in which output queue a job resides:
1. Enter the job name or some characters of it into the input box.
2. Click on SEARCH or press the ENTER key.
The jobs that match these characters are listed.
3. Click on one of these jobs in the list.
The output queue in which the job resides becomes highlighted.

Deleting Jobs

The related output queue is highlighted now.
1. Select the jobs (see page 11-6).
2. Click the button or select FILE | DELETE.
Jobs can only be deleted if they are not being processed ( ).
Understanding Job Priority

The buttons move a job to the next higher or lower priority class.
The higher the priority class, the sooner a job will be output.
The priority class is indicated in the PRIO column of the job list (see Fig.
11-3). There are the following priority classes:
• MAXIMUM
• VERY HIGH
• HIGH
• NORMAL (default for new jobs)
• LOW
• VERY LOW
• ON HOLD
