Job Output
Troubleshooting
If ORIS Press Matcher⁄⁄Web does not start processing a job ( ), this
may have several reasons. To track down the problem, check the following:
Problem Solution
Output queue has been stopped . Select the output queue, then click .
Job has been put on hold . Select the job, then click .
Job is waiting . Click to increase the job priority.
Soft proof needs to be verified . Click on the icon to open the file in Acrobat.
ORIS Press Matcher⁄⁄Web service is
not running.
Click the icon, then select START ORIS
PRESS MATCHER SERVICE (see Fig. 10-11).
The status of the ORIS Press Matcher⁄⁄Web service is indicated in the
bottom right corner of the main window. Jobs are only processed if the
service is running . Starting this service requires administrative rights.
