proto-oncogenes al ser activadoras del ciclo. Se ha encontrado<br />

que un 50 % de los LNH presentan sobreexpresión<br />

de fosfatasa cdc25B, incrementándose a un<br />

80 % cuando se trata de LNH de alto grado de malignidad.<br />

Esta sobreexpresión va unida a una expresión<br />

también incrementada del oncogén c-myc que parece<br />

ser regulador de la transcripción de fosfatasas cdc25A<br />

y B 135 ; de esta manera, se unirían el potencial oncogénico<br />

de c-myc con la activación de la progresión del<br />

ciclo celular ejercido por las fosfatasas cdc25.<br />
