Résumés / Abstracts 295 Claudie WEILL - L’héritage scientifique de Georges Haupt Marxiste critique du stalinisme, Georges Haupt a voulu faire de l’histoire sociale du mouvement ouvrier international un instrument de la praxis, menant de front l’édition critique de sources et les études monographiques, explorant à la fois la piste prosopographique et celle des relations inter-ethniques. Autant que sa méthodologie, c’est sa personnalité qui a assuré son rayonnement. As a Marxist critical of Stalinism, George Haupt aimed to turn the study of the international labor movement into an instrument of praxis, by simultaneously working on the critical edition of sources and on monographs, and by exploring such fields as prosopography or the study of inter-ethnic relations. His personality, as well as his methodology, account for the deep influence he has exerted on historians. Mikhaïl PANTELEIEV - Les archives du Komintern à Moscou : possibilités et limites Les fonds du Komintern ont été constitués par étapes depuis 1930. Transférés en 1943 à l’IML, ils reposent depuis 1991 au CRCEDHC. Ils comprennent 237 000 dossiers sur la vie interne de l’IC et de ses organisations satellites, celles de nombreux PC, ainsi que des épisodes comme la Guerre d’Espagne ou l’Incendie du Reichstag. Des documents ont disparu lors des purges et des différents transferts. De plus, malgré leur richesse, ces archives n’éclairent pas entièrement le mécanisme des décisions au sein du mouvement communiste. The Komintern collections were built up gradually after 1930. Transferred in 1943 to the MELI, they have been housed at the RTsKhIDNI since 1991. They include 237�000 files concerning the life of the Communist International and its satellite organizations, the life of the Communist Party in many countries, and such specific episodes as the Spanish Civil War and the burning of the Reichstag in Berlin. Some documents have been lost in purges or during various transfers. Du bon usage des archives, de Moscou et d’ailleurs Francesca GORI - À propos de la publication des archives du Kominform Les archives du Kominform sont en voie d’inventoriage. Le fonds 575, qui comprend, entre autres, les minutes des réunions du Secrétariat, est particulièrement riche. Il nous donne une idée des matériaux recueillis par l’organisation auprès des partis affiliés. Il fait depuis peu l’objet d’une édition critique de l’Institut Feltrinelli, en langue originale et en anglais, permettant de suivre dans le détail la préparation des conférences d’octobre 47 et janvier 48, et comparant les documents du Kominform à ceux de Jdanov. The archives of the Kominform are now being inventoried. Collection 575 which includes, among others papers, the minutes of the Secretariat meetings, is particularly rich. This collection gives us an idea of the various materials gathered by the center from affiliate parties. It has recently been the object of a critical edition sponsored by the Feltrinelli Institute in the original language and in English�; this enables us to follow in detail the preparation of the conferences held in October 1947 and January 1948, by comparing the contents of the Kominform's and Zhadnov's papers. Bernhard H. BAYERLEIN - Un aperçu des archives sur le communisme à Berlin et Potsdam Les archives de l’ex-RDA ont été réorganisées depuis la réunification allemande au prix de tractations complexes. La création de la Fondation des Archives des Partis et Organisations de Masse de RDA, placée sous contrôle des Archives fédérales, est le résultat de ces débats. Mais bien d’autres centres sont à disposition des chercheurs. Les fonds du KPD, constitués à partir de 1924, sont très importants, malgré des lacunes visibles et des critères de classement parfois contestables. Une mention également pour les fonds du SED et la Bibliothèque de la FAPOM-RDA dont les ouvrages sont mieux conservés que dans le reste de l’Europe centrale et orientale. The archives of the former German Democratic Republic have been reorganized after prolonged negociation following reunification. One of the concrete results of these debates has been the Foundation for the Archives of the Parties and Mass Organizations of the GDR, placed under the direction of the Federal Archives. But many other deposits are open to scholars. The KPD archives, begun in 1924, are very important, despite some visible silences and some dubious classification criteria.
