PREDATOR SOFTWARE GUIDE<br />
For installation of sound processor drivers, see page 65 (appendix 1); for software<br />
installation see page 67 (appendix 2).<br />
predator software allows you to modify, thanks to its user-friendly graphic interface, all the settings of predator<br />
parameters.<br />
If you click on the icon the software will try to set a connection between the computer and the unit, by USB port or<br />
RS232 (com) port.<br />
As soon as the unit is detected, all current preset settings will be transferred on the computer software, allowing<br />
you to edit each parameter in real time.<br />
WARNING: Software editing will be saved on the unit only using “Device>Store” function.<br />
Exiting from software without turning off the unit and without executing the above mentioned “Device>Store”<br />
function; the unit will maintain software selected settings until if you turn it off. If such settings are be saved (as<br />
described in Utility menu, page 26) and the unit is turned off, turning on again the unit will automatically load the<br />
original settings of that preset.<br />
