Проведен комплек<strong>с</strong>ный анализ <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тояния здоровья недоношенных детей, родивших<strong>с</strong>я <strong>с</strong> очень низкой и эк<strong>с</strong>тремально<br />
низкой ма<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ой тела в раннем и позднем неонатальном периоде. Дана <strong>с</strong>равнительная оценка факторов ри<strong>с</strong>ка у<br />
беременных женщин. О<strong>с</strong>новными факторами ри<strong>с</strong>ка рождения недоношенных детей, приводящих к преждевременным<br />
родам и длительным нарушениям трофики плода, названы: эк<strong>с</strong>трагенитальная патология, инфекции мочеполовой<br />
<strong>с</strong>и<strong>с</strong>темы, внутриутробная гипок<strong>с</strong>ия, хрониче<strong>с</strong>кая фетоплацентарная недо<strong>с</strong>таточно<strong>с</strong>ть. Приведена комплек<strong>с</strong>ная<br />
характери<strong>с</strong>тика детей <strong>с</strong> ЭНМТ и ОНМТ в у<strong>с</strong>ловиях отделения реанимации и интен<strong>с</strong>ивной терапии новорожденных<br />
<strong>с</strong> учетом <strong>с</strong>труктуры патологии. Тяже<strong>с</strong>ть <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тояния у данной категории детей определяет<strong>с</strong>я комбинированными<br />
нарушениями гемодинамики, метаболизма, <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тояния ЦНС и дыхательных нарушений различного генеза.<br />

The aim of this study was a complex analysis of the health status of preterm children born with very low and extremely low<br />
body weight in the early neonatal period. Comparative evaluation of risk factors in pregnant women was made. The main risk<br />
factors for low birth-weight children, leading to preterm births and long-term disorders of the fetus thropism are extragenital<br />
pathology, genitourinary infections, fetal hypoxia, chronic fetoplacental insufficiency. We give a complex characteristics of<br />
children born with very low and extremely low body weight in neonatal intensive care unit, taking into account the pathology<br />
structure. The severity of this category of children is determined by the combined hemodynamic, metabolic, neurological and<br />
respiratory disorders.<br />
