Gegründet 1965 durch Alfredo Montini war es von Anfang an das Ziel des<br />
Unternehmens, einen Ruf als Hersteller von hochwertigem Kochgeschirr zu<br />
erwerben und Marktanteile zu gewinnen. Heute exportiert Risolì<br />
weltweit. 100 % Made in Italy garantiert höchste Qualität: Alle<br />
Produktionsschritte, von der Rohware bis zum fertigen Produkt,<br />
werden in der Pro duktionsstätte des Unterneh mens ausgeführt.<br />
Risolì steht für Qualität und Innovation. Design spielt<br />
eine wichtige Rolle. Auf Sicherheits- und Umwelt normen wird<br />
großer Wert gelegt: Seit über 15 Jahren ist das Unternehmen<br />
nach ISO 9001:2008 zertifiziert. Außerdem sind die Produkte<br />
TÜV geprüft.<br />
Die neue „HIGHTECH“ Profi-Linie ist aus 5 mm<br />
Aluguss gefertigt. Aluguss-Kochgeschirr hat wesentliche<br />
Vor teile: Es ist einfach zu reinigen, sorgt für<br />
eine schnelle und gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung<br />
und ist energiesparend. Der Boden verformt<br />
sich nicht und nichts brennt mehr an.<br />
Die „HIGHTECH“ Produkte haben<br />
einen Durchmesser zwischen 16 cm und<br />
40 cm, sind mit DuPont zertifizierten Antihaftbeschichtungen<br />
ausgestattet. Der lange<br />
18/10 Edelstahlstiel leitet keine Wärme.<br />
Dazu kommt ein sicherer Griff mit vier Nieten.<br />
Ein Silikonschutz für eine bes sere ergonomische<br />
Greifbarkeit ist wahlweise erhältlich – was oft von<br />
anspruchsvollen Köchen verlangt wird.<br />

Functional and innovative<br />
For the past 45 years Risolì has been manufacturing high-<br />
quality, functional and innovative cast aluminium cook-<br />
ware with non-stick coatings for retailers and professional<br />
chefs.<br />
Founded in 1965 by Alfredo Montini, right from the start the aim of the<br />
company was to gain a reputation as a manufacturer of quality cookware<br />
and to gain a share in the market. Today Risolì exports all over the world:<br />
guaranteed <strong>top</strong> quality, 100 % Made in Italy. All stages of the production,<br />
from the raw material to the finished product, are carried out in the company’s<br />
own factory.<br />
Risolì is known for its quality, innovation and<br />
attention to design. Great importance is attached to<br />
safety and environmental requirements. For over<br />
15 years the company has been certified in compliance<br />
with ISO 9001:2008. Its products have also passed<br />
tests carried out by TÜV.<br />
The new “HIGH TECH” professional line is made from<br />
5 mm cast aluminium. Cast aluminium cookware has considerable advantages.<br />
It is easy to clean and is known for its quick and even heat distribution<br />
and energy efficiency. It has a non-deformable bottom and<br />
protects foods from sticking and burning.<br />
The “HIGH TECH” products come in diameters between<br />
16 cm and 40 cm and have non-stick coatings certified by DuPont. Their<br />
long 18/10 stainless steel handles do not transmit heat. They have a<br />
secure grip with four rivets. A silicon protection for a better ergonomic grip<br />
is also available as an option – often a requirement of discerning chefs.<br />
