Einreihige Schrägkugellager DIN 628, Teil 1
Toleranzen
Schrägkugellager der Reihen 72B, 73B und 708, 709,
718, 719 und 70 aus dem Standardprogramm werden
mit Normaltoleranz gefertigt. Die Toleranzklassen
P6 und P5 sind auf Anfrage lieferbar, ebenso Lager in
gepaarter Ausführung.
Käfige
Schrägkugellager werden mit Käfigen aus Messing
geliefert.
Hohe Drehzahlen
Das Schrägkugellager gehört zu den Lagerarten, mit
denen hohe Drehzahlen erreicht werden. Das zeigen
die hohen Werte für die Drehzahlgrenze.
Die hohen Drehzahlen des Einzellagers werden nicht
erreicht, wenn Schrägkugellager unmittelbar nebeneinander
eingebaut werden oder zur Erhöhung der
Steifigkeit vorgespannt sind
Für Schrägkugellager der Reihen 72B und 73B mit
Druckwinkel α = 40° gilt:

Tolerances
Angular contact ball bearings of the series 72B, 73B,
and 708, 709, 718, 719, and 70 of the standard delivery
programme are manufactured with standard tolerances.
The tolerance classes P6 and P5 are available at request,
but paired bearing assemblies are also offered.
Cages
Angular contact ball bearings are available with brass
cages.
High speeds
Angular contact ball bearings are bearings which allow
high speeds. This is evident with the high limit
speeds.
However, the high speeds of the single bearing are not
met if angular contact ball bearings are assembled closely
next to each other or if they are pre-stressed to increase
rigidity.
The following applies ies for angular contact ball berarings
of the Series 72B and 73B with contact angle α = 40
