Axial-Schrägkugellager sind nicht genormt.
Toleranzen
Toleranzklasse SP
Toleranzen der Außenabmessungen entsprechen den
der zweireihigen Zylinderrollenlager der Baureihe
NN 30 Toleranzklasse SP nach DIN 5412, Teil 4.
Vorspannung
Die erforderliche Vorspannung wird mittels Abstandsring
zwischen den beiden Wellenscheiben erreicht.
Käfig
Axial-Zylinderrollenlager, zweiseitig wirkend, werden
mit Messing-Massiv-Käfigen, für jede Kugelreihe jeweils
eine separate Scheibe, ausgerüstet.
Drehzahleignung
Zweiseitig wirkende Axial-Schrägkugellager eignen sich
für hohe Drehzahlen, die Grenzdrehzahlen sind in den
Lagertabellen bei Fett- und Öl-Minimalschmierung angegeben

Tolerances
Tolerance class SP
Outer dimension tolerances are equivalent with the
double row cylindrical roller bearings dimensions of
the series NN 30, tolerance class SP according to DIN
5412, part 4.
Pre-stress
A distance ring is inserted between the two washers to
adjust the pre-stress required.
Cage
Double-sided axial cylindrical roller bearings are fitted
with machined brass cages, each ball row receives a
separate one.
Admissible speeds
Double-sided axial angular contact ball bearings qualify
for high speeds, the speed limits are listed in the
bearing tables and split down for grease lubrication,
oil lubrication, and minimum lubrication.
