Number of invalid bits on the MSB
side of the position value supplied
by the SSI encoder. The meaningful
word width of the position value
transferred to the module bus
master is as follows:
SSI_FRAME_LEN -
INVALID_BITS_MSB -
INVALID_BITS_LSB.
The invalid bits on the MSB side are
zeroed by masking the position
value. INVALID_BITS_MSB +
INVALID_BITS_LSB must always
be less than SSI_FRAME_LEN.
Default: 0 = 0hex
