ERR_24Vdc Short-circuit sensor supply
This diagnostics information must be acknowledged
with the EXTF_ACK (process output) control bit.
ERR_DO Short-/open circuit/excess temperature at the
output DO1
ERR_PARA – 1: There is a parameter error. ERR_PARA is a
group diagnostics bit. With the separate diagnostics
message bits 3 to 6 describe the parameter
errors in more detail.
– 0: The parameter definition is correct as per specification.
