1.5 THE STRUCTURE OF THIS REPORT<br />
Section 2 <strong>of</strong> this report sets out the Vision for the Armstrong Creek <strong>growth</strong> area.<br />
Section 3 contains the proposed Framework Plan for the Armstrong Creek <strong>growth</strong><br />
area.<br />
Section 4 outlines the Planning and Design Principles that underpin the <strong>plan</strong>. It<br />
also includes a series <strong>of</strong> “Key Concepts” central to its success.<br />
Section 5 proposes policies for the Non-Urban Areas, outside the Urban Growth<br />
Boundary.<br />
Section 6 describes the outcomes sought for the Areas Surrounding the <strong>growth</strong><br />
area.<br />
Section 7 defines the Precinct Plans comprising the <strong>growth</strong> area.<br />
The following recommendations are provided in separate <strong>volume</strong>s:<br />
the outcomes sought for each precinct within the <strong>growth</strong> area—Volume 2.<br />
the measures recommended to implement the UGP—Volume 3.<br />

cultural heritage;<br />
an evaluation <strong>of</strong> the proposed provision <strong>of</strong> community facilities against<br />
accepted benchmarks; and<br />
more detail on remnant native vegetation, water sensitive <strong>urban</strong><br />
design treatment methods and innovative transport facilities.<br />

Technical Reports.<br />
