SWITCHBOARD<br />
When notified <strong>of</strong> Code Orange by Area Warden (Stage 1), Deputy Emergency Coordinator<br />
or Emergency Co-ordinator.<br />
• Confirm details <strong>of</strong> proposed evacuation route and destination. (The primary Response<br />
Code will also be current)<br />
• Liaise with Emergency Co-ordinator and Deputy Emergency Co-ordinator.<br />
Broadcast on Public Address:<br />
“ATTENTION ALL STAFF - RESPOND ORANGE”<br />
and “LOCATION OF INCIDENT”<br />
Announce twice<br />
• Await further instructions.<br />
• Announce All Clear when notified by Emergency Co-ordinator<br />
