• Confirm Code Black Emergency Response is required and exact location.<br />
• From caller, obtain details <strong>of</strong> incident and description <strong>of</strong> weapon if present<br />
• Telephone Police on “000” state “St. Vincent’s Hospital, give details <strong>of</strong> incident &<br />
request attendance.<br />
• Broadcast on Public Address:<br />
“ATTENTION ALL STAFF - RESPOND BLACK”<br />
and “LOCATION OF INCIDENT”<br />
Announce twice<br />
• Page the following personnel on group paging<br />
