Report to emergency executive on close <strong>of</strong> incident<br />
AREA WARDENS<br />
DEPUTY <strong>EMERGENCY</strong><br />
CO-ORDINATOR<br />
Investigate reported incident<br />
Ensure switchboard is notified<br />
and SECURITY OFFICERS<br />
Instigate immediate actions detailed on Action Card<br />
Maintain communications with ECC via WIP<br />
Respond/Communicate with Control Centre<br />
Initiate evacuation if required or directed<br />
Check relevant alarm status<br />
Await arrival <strong>of</strong> Deputy Emergency Co-Ordinator;<br />
Collect plans, emergency pack as required<br />
and Emergency Teams<br />
Guide Emergency Service Crews<br />
Provide continuing feedback to Emergency<br />
Co-ordinator<br />
Remain on scene until finalised<br />
Maintain communication log<br />
Assist Emergency Co-Ordinator as required<br />
with EWIS, communication<br />
Co-ordinate security response<br />
· Reset alarms, pumps, etc.<br />
SWITCHBOARD<br />
Verify incident details with caller<br />
Notify Emergency Service(s)<br />
Announce Relevant Code, location over Public Address (twice)<br />
Contact Emergency Response Team<br />
Check with ECC that team has responded<br />
Maintain communication links<br />
Await further instructions from Emergency Co-Ordinator<br />
Post Incident role; replenish report<br />
