Channel Check<br />

With Channel Check, you can easily accomplish your pre-show lighting check. Your<br />

Channel Check can be done either manually or automatically.<br />

To <strong>Manual</strong>ly Perform A Channel Check<br />

1. Select the Channel where you want to start the Channel check.<br />

2. Press and hold the Tools Button or [T] on the QWERTY<br />

keyboard.<br />

3. Select Channel Check [S1].(you may need to select to<br />

see Channel Check on [S1]).<br />

4. The Current Channel text box will have the first Channel you have<br />

selected in it. Change it with the Wheel or by typing in a new number<br />

if needed.<br />

Note:<br />

If you type a value in the Current Channel box and press Enter, the<br />

Channel will raise to the High Check Value. If you then type in a new<br />

number and press Enter again, the previous number will go to the Low<br />

Check Value and the new Channel will go to the High Check Value.<br />

5. Select the High Check Value box and enter a percentage level to<br />

establish the maximum level at which Channels play during the<br />

check.<br />

6. Select the Low Check Value box and enter a percentage level to<br />

establish the minimum level Channels return to after being checked.<br />

7. Use the Go Forward or Go Back button to manually execute each<br />

step of the Channel Check.<br />

8. Click OK when the check is completed.<br />

9. Click the Release button on the Channel grid toolbar twice (or press<br />

the [REL] key twice) to release all Channels controlled by the keypad<br />

(shown with red levels under the Channel number).<br />

To Automate Channel Check<br />

1. Follow steps 1 through 6 above.<br />

2. Enter a time in the Advance Time text box.<br />
