STATEWIDE FINGERPRINT IMAGING SYSTEM (SFIS) TERMINAL OPERATOR SERVICE<br />

Contractor shall ensure that all terminal operators receive all<br />

required general and specific training on employee safety.<br />

7.2.3 GREEN INITITIVES<br />

Contractor shall use reasonable ef<strong>for</strong>ts to initiate "green" practices<br />

<strong>for</strong> environmental and energy conservation benefits.<br />

8.0 COUNTY/NEW VENDOR ASSUMPTION OF SERVICES<br />

Contractor shall ensure a smooth transition of services in <strong>the</strong> event that County<br />

or ano<strong>the</strong>r vendor assumes services from Contractor, by providing any needed<br />

temporary staffing <strong>for</strong> a period of not less than 30 days. .<br />

9.0 WORK SCHEDULES<br />

9.1 Contractor shall submit <strong>for</strong> review and approval a work schedule <strong>for</strong> each<br />

facility to <strong>the</strong> County Contract Administrator within ten (10) working days<br />

prior to starting work on this Contract. Said work schedules shall be set on<br />

an annual calendar and shall identify all required ongoing maintenance tasks<br />

and task frequencies. The schedules shall list by morning and afternoon<br />

time frames <strong>the</strong> tasks to be per<strong>for</strong>med <strong>for</strong> each day of <strong>the</strong> week.<br />

9.2 Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual per<strong>for</strong>mance differs<br />

substantially from planned per<strong>for</strong>mance. Said revisions shall be submitted to<br />

<strong>the</strong> County Contract Administrator <strong>for</strong> review and approval within ten (10)<br />

working days prior to scheduled time <strong>for</strong> work.<br />

10.0 MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORT (MMR)<br />

10.1 Within two (2) weeks of Contract start date, Contractor shall submit a<br />

MMR <strong>for</strong>mat to <strong>the</strong> CCA <strong>for</strong> review and approval. The report shall<br />

include Contractor’s per<strong>for</strong>mance in meeting <strong>the</strong> standards set <strong>for</strong>th in<br />

Contract, Attachment B, SOW Exhibits, B-2, PRS Chart, Column 3,<br />

Standard(s).<br />

10.2 After CCA approval of <strong>the</strong> report <strong>for</strong>mat, Contractor shall complete <strong>the</strong><br />

report monthly and submit to <strong>the</strong> CCA each month by <strong>the</strong> fifteenth (15)<br />

calendar day following <strong>the</strong> report month. The MMR shall include <strong>the</strong><br />

quality, quantity, and/or timeliness of <strong>the</strong> Contracted functions, as well as<br />

<strong>the</strong> cumulative turnover rate. See SOW 4.0, Turnover Rate, <strong>for</strong> sample.<br />

10.3 The CCA may request changes to <strong>the</strong> report <strong>for</strong>mat as needed at any<br />

time during <strong>the</strong> Contract term. Contractor shall provide <strong>the</strong> required<br />

report and any changes to <strong>the</strong> report at no cost to <strong>the</strong> County.<br />
