5.5.6 County Approval of Invoices<br />

Invoicing Section I<br />

County Contract Administrator <strong>for</strong><br />

SFIS <strong>Terminal</strong> <strong>Operator</strong> <strong>Services</strong><br />

All invoices submitted by <strong>the</strong> Contractor <strong>for</strong> payment must have<br />

<strong>the</strong> written approval of <strong>the</strong> County’s Contract Director prior to any<br />

payment <strong>the</strong>reof. In no event shall <strong>the</strong> County be liable or<br />

responsible <strong>for</strong> any payment prior to such written approval.<br />

Approval <strong>for</strong> payment will not be unreasonably withheld.<br />

5.5.7 Local Small Business Enterprises – Prompt Payment<br />

Program<br />

Certified Local SBEs will receive prompt payment <strong>for</strong> services<br />

<strong>the</strong>y provide to County departments. Prompt payment is defined<br />

as 15 calendar days after receipt of an undisputed invoice.<br />

6.0 ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT – COUNTY<br />

COUNTY ADMINISTRATION<br />

A listing of all County Administration referenced in <strong>the</strong> following subsections is<br />

designated in Attachment G - County’s Administration. The County shall notify <strong>the</strong><br />

Contractor in writing of any change in <strong>the</strong> names or addresses shown.<br />

6.1 County Contract Administrator (CCA)<br />

The responsibilities of <strong>the</strong> County Contract Administrator include:<br />

• ensuring that <strong>the</strong> objectives of <strong>the</strong> Contract are met;<br />

• providing direction to <strong>the</strong> Contractor in <strong>the</strong> areas relating to County<br />

policy, in<strong>for</strong>mation requirements, and procedural requirements.<br />

• meeting with <strong>the</strong> Contractor’s Program Manager on a regular basis;<br />

• inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

work provided by or on behalf of <strong>the</strong> Contractor; and<br />

• overseeing <strong>the</strong> day-to-day administration of this Contract.<br />
