Response Rate<br />
A detailed breakdown <strong>of</strong> the response rate for the PCNI and PCCI by each site is<br />
presented in Tables 4.1 and 4.2. <strong>The</strong> overall response rate decreased across the<br />
three time points. <strong>The</strong>re was considerable variability in the response rate in each<br />
site. Examination <strong>of</strong> the data was restricted on two sites (site 7 and 17) due to a poor<br />
response rate or missing data collection points.<br />
