became involved in the programme. They embraced the values of the

person-centredness that will enable those ways of working to be sustained in
everyday practice.
• The Directors of Nursing and Assistant Directors in the participating sites. It
is widely acknowledged that Directors of Nursing are pivotal to changes in
workplace cultures and we are very grateful for their support of the
programme and in particular their support of the internal facilitators and the
site-specific programme groups.
