Over the medium term, research projects will be undertaken to expand the statistical information base, as well as to improve processes and methodologies. These research projects include: Conceptualising a continuous survey with a core of detailed expenditure information that will provide the necessary data for measuring living conditions and updating the CPI basket of goods and services; and Shorten the turnaround time between data collection and release of the results.
