The municipality has operating lease agreements for the following classes of assets, which are only significant collectively:<br />
• Buildings<br />
• Office Equipment<br />
The following restrictions have been imposed on the municipality in terms of the lease agreements on Office Equipment:<br />
• The equipment shall remain the property of the rentor.<br />
• The hirer shall not sell, sublet, cede, assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations on the equipment.<br />
• The equipment shall be returned in good order and condition to the rentor upon termination of the agreement<br />

The Annuity Loan is repaid over a period of 7 (2008: 8) years and at an interest rate of 5,00% (2008: 5,00%) per<br />
annum. The Annuity Loans is not secured.<br />
