In-kind Benefits
• The Councillors occupying the positions of Executive Mayor, Speaker and Mayoral Committee Members of the
municipality serve in a full-time capacity. They are provided with office accommodation and secretarial support at the
expense of the municipality in order to enable them to perform their official duties.
• Councillors may utilise official Council transportation when engaged in official duties.
• The Executive Mayor has use of Council owned vehicles for official duties.
