10.1 CREATION LISTS<br />
1. Preserve Amalgam: Caster can preserve one corpse (or<br />
a severed body part) from any deterioration and decay<br />
for the duration of this spell.<br />
2. Analyze Amalgam: This spell analyzes one Amalgam,<br />
giving the caster in-depth information on how it was<br />
created and on its abilities. This translates into a +25<br />
bonus to all maneuvers made by the caster to fashion<br />
an Amalgam of a similar nature.<br />
3. Amalgam III: Caster can convert a living person (of up<br />
to 3rd level) into a “Living” Amalgam of the same level<br />
or assemble (from body parts) an “assembled” Amalgam<br />
of up to 3rd level.<br />
4. Compel Amalgam III: Caster can totally control an Amalgam<br />
of up to 3rd level. If the target is a “Living” Amalgam, then the<br />
duration of this spell is 1 hour per level of the caster and the<br />
range is 100' per level of the caster. If the target is an “assembled”<br />
Amalgam, then the duration of this spell is 1 day per<br />
level of the caster and the range is 1000' per level of the caster.<br />
If the Amalgam moves beyond this range or the spell expires,<br />
then the Amalgam is free to act (including attacking the<br />
caster). When not acting on the caster’s orders, the Amalgam<br />
will wait idly by on the next command.<br />
5. Amalgam V: As Amalgam III, except the resulting<br />
Amalgam can be up to 5th level.<br />
6. Minor Amalgam Healing: Target Amalgam is healed<br />
of 5d10 concussion hits or up to 2 hits per round of<br />

7. Compel Amalgam V: As Compel Amalgam, except the<br />
caster can control an Amalgam of up to 5th level.<br />
8. Graft Appendage: Allows the caster to attach an external<br />
body part (such as a hand, foot, etc.) to an assembled<br />
or living Amalgam in a one-hour operation. If the<br />
Surgery maneuver is successful and the target fails to<br />
resist this spell, then the appendage will function normally<br />
for the Amalgam.<br />
9. Lesser Amalgam Healing: Target Amalgam is healed of<br />
5d10 concussion hits or up to 5 hits per round of<br />
bleeding damage or one damaged or severed, muscle or<br />
tendon is healed. A 1-hour operation is required for any<br />
muscle and tendon repairs. Recovery time for muscle<br />
or tendon damage is 1 day.<br />
10. Amalgam X: As Amalgam III, except the resulting<br />
Amalgam can be up to 10th level.<br />
11. Graft Limb: As Graft Appendage, except the caster can attach<br />
a limb to an Amalgam and the operation takes 2 hours.<br />
12. Compel Amalgam X: As Compel Amalgam, except the<br />
caster can control an Amalgam of up to 10th level.<br />
13. Greater Amalgam Healing: Target Amalgam is healed of<br />
any one broken (not shattered) bone or joint. A 2-hour<br />
operation and a recovery time of 1-10 days are required.<br />
14. Graft Sensory Organ: As Graft Appendage, except the<br />
caster can attach (or transplant) a sensory organ (such<br />
as an eye, tongue, ear, etc.) into an Amalgam and the<br />
operation takes 3 hours.<br />
15. Amalgam XV: As Amalgam III, except the resulting<br />
Amalgam can be up to 15th level.<br />
16. Major Amalgam Healing: Target Amalgam is healed<br />
of any one shattered bone or joint or one damaged<br />
nerve or one damaged external or internal organ. A 3<br />
hour operation is required for bone / joint damage. In<br />
all cases, a recovery time of 1-10 days is required.<br />
17. Graft Internal Organ: As Graft Appendage, except the caster<br />
can transplant an internal organ (such as a heart, liver, lung)<br />
into an Amalgam and the operation takes 3 hours.<br />
18. Compel Amalgam XV: As Compel Amalgam, except<br />
the caster can control an Amalgam of up to 15th level.<br />
19. Graft Mechanical: As Graft Appendage, except the<br />
caster can attach or transplant a mechanical body part<br />
and the operation takes 3 hours.<br />
20. Lord Amalgam: As Amalgam III, except the resulting<br />
Amalgam can be up to 20th level.<br />
25. Compel Lord Amalgam: As Compel Amalgam, except<br />
the caster can control an Amalgam of up to 20th level.<br />
30. Amalgam True: As Amalgam III, except the resulting<br />
Amalgam can be of any level.<br />
50. Compel Amalgam True: As Compel Amalgam, except<br />
the caster can control an Amalgam of any level.<br />

1.Many of the spells described here have a duration of “24<br />
hours”. For these spells, it is assumed that the caster must<br />
cast the spell once per day during the creation process<br />
(see also Spell Law, section 7.4.1) – the creations of these<br />
spell lists are permanent unless otherwise stated.<br />
