1. Identify Attribute: Caster can identify either one skill or<br />

one spell list or one ability possessed by the target. The<br />

caster learns the number of skill ranks, the ranks known in<br />

the spell list, or the approximate power level of the ability,<br />

as appropriate.<br />

2. Transfer Life Essence: This spell is used in two modes – the<br />

first temporarily weakens the association between body and<br />

life essence, the second actually transfers the disassociated<br />

life essence from one body or vessel to another. When<br />

successfully cast in the first mode, the target will feel a<br />

wrenching sensation as the disassociation takes place. If the<br />

spell is successfully recast within two minutes, the caster<br />

may transfer the target’s life essence into any chosen Life<br />

Essence Vessel or physical body (which does not already<br />

have a possessing life essence). The target’s original body<br />

falls into a coma. If the second casting does not take place or<br />

succeed within the two minutes, the target’s life essence<br />

rejoins his body, and the process must begin again from<br />

scratch. Targets receive a special +25 bonus to all Resistance<br />

Rolls against this spell. Only animals, beings, and “beasts”<br />

may be affected by this spell (see notes below).<br />

3. Body Acclimatization: This spell allows an imbedded life<br />

essence to “translate” its natural instincts and learned<br />

behavior (e.g. ability to walk) into the ability to use all the<br />

facilities of an artificial body. This spell has the side-effect<br />

of making artificial bodies seem “natural” to animals and<br />

beasts, if they have been imbedded in an equivalent or very<br />

similar form, e.g. an imbedded Wolf essence will feel<br />

“normal” in a Wolf Construct or Wolf Golem.<br />

4. Manifest Ability: This spell allows a natural ability (chosen by<br />

the caster at time of casting) of the imbedded life essence to<br />

manifest in an artificial body. Such abilities include senses,<br />

movement abilities, natural resistances, Power Points, Talents,<br />

etc., possessed by the life essence in its original body. The spell<br />

allows the life essence to use the ability in its artificial body.<br />

5. Imbed Animal Essence V: The caster may imbed the life<br />

essence from an animal of up to 5th level into a Golem or<br />

Construct. The life essence must previously have been<br />

transferred into the entity’s body.<br />

6. Manifest Skill: As Manifest Ability, except allows one single skill<br />

known by the imbedded life essence (chosen by the caster at<br />

time of casting) to be manifested in the artificial body, enabling<br />

the life essence to effectively use the skill in its new body.<br />

7. Imbed Being Essence V: As Imbed Animal Essence V, except the<br />

caster may imbed the life essence from an intelligent (humanoid)<br />

being of up to 5th level into a Golem or Construct.<br />

8. Imbed Beast Essence V: As Imbed Animal Essence V, except<br />

the caster may imbed the life essence from a beast (monster,<br />

unnatural creature, or sentient plant) of up to 5th<br />

level into a Golem or Construct.<br />

9. Body Stasis I: Caster can preserve a body which has had its life<br />

essence transferred out from it, preventing any deterioration<br />

in stats and physical condition, and removing the need for<br />

food, water and air. The body may still be destroyed by<br />

violence during the duration of the spell. If the life essence is<br />

not returned to the body before the spell ends, the normal<br />

process of death will resume as soon as the spell ends.<br />

10. Manifest Spell: As Manifest Skill, except allows one single<br />

spell list (or spell-like ability) known by the imbedded life<br />

essence (chosen by the caster at time of casting) to be<br />

manifested in the artificial body, enabling the life essence<br />

to effectively use the spells in its new body.<br />
