Examines the increasingly important role <strong>of</strong> multilateral<br />

Examines the law, politics <strong>and</strong> economics <strong>of</strong> past <strong>and</strong> current<br />

regulations on U.S. markets <strong>and</strong> the world, the role <strong>of</strong> political<br />
