Holidays<br />

Add Holidays<br />

1. From the toolbar, click the Holidays icon<br />

...or from Stratagy Administration Main menu, click Configuration > Holidays. The<br />

Configuration Properties screen with the Holidays Tab displays (see Figure 5-7).<br />

2. In Add or Remove Holidays section, click the down arrow. A pop-up calendar displays.<br />

...or you can type in a date in the date display and click Add.<br />

Note If you use this procedure, skip to Step 5 below.<br />

3. You can use the arrows in the top left/right corner of calendar to scroll through month/year<br />

...or you can click on the month (e.g., May) to select a month from the menu and click on a year<br />

(e.g., 1998) to select a year.<br />

4. Click on desired date. A dialog box displays asking if you want to set the date for every year.<br />

5. Click Yes. The date is set for every year. The date displays in the left section of the screen in<br />

chronological order. A “+” is placed next to it to indicate it is a recurring date.<br />

...or click No. The date is set for the selected year. The date displays in the left section of the<br />

screen in chronological order.<br />

6. Click OK<br />

...or Apply. Clicking OK saves the changes and closes the screen, whereas clicking Apply saves<br />

the changes but does not close the screen. A dialog box displays.<br />

7. Click Yes. The changes are added to the Stratagy ES database the next time Stratagy ES service<br />

is shutdown and restarted.<br />

Remove Holiday<br />

1. From the toolbar, click the Holidays icon<br />

...or from Stratagy Administration Main menu, click Configuration > Holidays. The<br />

Configuration Properties screen with the Holidays Tab displays (see Figure 5-7).<br />

2. Highlight the desired date in the listing on the left side of the screen.<br />

3. Click Remove. A dialog box displays asking you to confirm the deletion.<br />

4. Click Yes.<br />

5. Click OK<br />

...or Apply. Clicking OK saves the changes and closes the screen, whereas clicking Apply saves<br />

the changes but does not close the screen. A dialog box displays.<br />

6. Click Yes. The changes are added to the Stratagy ES database the next time Stratagy ES service<br />
