RUSSELL, MARY A.(Humphrey) 88, widow <strong>of</strong> Fred Russell, died 7-9-1944. Born 10-30-1855in Plymouth. She leaves a son, Clayton A. <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; three daughters, Mrs. Amy Cleveland<strong>of</strong> Bristol, Mrs. Otto Wollmann and Mrs. Lillian Erkstrom <strong>of</strong> Plainville. Burial in Center Cemetery,<strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.RUSSELL, MAURICE, 17, died 12-1-1897, (Born 1880.) <strong>of</strong> acute diabetes, after a week'ssickness. Son <strong>of</strong> Frederick & Mary. Burial in Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.RUSSELL, SAMUEL, Deacon, 79, Life long resident <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>, died, 1-14-1901, born 8-1-1821. Mr. Russell was a farmer by occupation and owned a large and finely kept farm. Heserved several terms as selectman and by his conservative business methods and goodmanagement paid the town indebtedness <strong>of</strong> several thousand dollars. His first wife was adaughter <strong>of</strong> Norman Mills <strong>of</strong> Canton, and three children were born to them, Adella, Fred andSamuel. The latter two survive him. Mr. Russell married in 1874 his second wife, Miss ElizabethThompson <strong>of</strong> Avon, who survives him. He held the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> deacon in the Congregationalchurch <strong>of</strong> this town for over thirty years. Burial in Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.RUSSOTTO, JANICE E. 61, <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>, passed away Monday, (February 14, 2005) atHartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, October 24, 1943, daughter <strong>of</strong> the late Almond and Sophie(Babon) Kelley, she had resided in the <strong>Burlington</strong> area for many years. Prior to retiring, Janicewas employed as an Underwriter/Claims Adjustor for Cigna. She is survived by her son anddaughter-in-Iaw, Anthony J. and Laura M. Russotto <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; her twin sister, Joan F. Sears<strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; her sister, Kathleen D. Kelley <strong>of</strong> Seabrook, NH; and her brothers, Thomas G.Kelley <strong>of</strong> Bristol and Donald R. Kelley <strong>of</strong> Lexington, NC.
