Born 7-25-1859 in New Havenhe came to <strong>Burlington</strong> in 1872 and was engaged in the lumber and farming business until 1920,when he retired. He was judge <strong>of</strong> Probate for 40 years until he retired five years ago. Herepresented the town in 1887 and 1929 in the Legislature.
