Jr. <strong>of</strong> Watertown, and Gerald H. <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; a daughter Judith M.Durdan <strong>of</strong> Tarpon Springs, FL; eight grandchildren; Burial in Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.MURELLI, JOSEPH JOHN, 86, <strong>of</strong> Bristol and Port Saint Lucie, FL, husband <strong>of</strong> Grace(Schwarzmann) Murelli, entered into eternal peace Saturday, (June 28, 2003) in Port SaintLucie, FL after a brave and courageous battle. He was born March 17, 1917 in Torrington, son<strong>of</strong> the late Jerry and Mildred (Mazzochi) Murelli and resided in <strong>Burlington</strong> for 42 years. He wasone <strong>of</strong> the Charter Members <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Burlington</strong> Volunteer Fire Department and a town constablefor ten years. He was a member <strong>of</strong> the Masonic Lodge #88 <strong>of</strong> Hartford and the Unionville LionsClub, the Spanish Lakes Riverfront Bowling League and Bocci Team and also the HomeownersAssociation in Florida. Mr. Murelli was employed at CT Natural Gas in Hartford for 23 years,retiring as a foreman. After retirement he and his wife moved to Port Saint Lucie, FL where helived and enjoyed his retirement, playing cards, fishing and participating in golf scrambles withhis many wonderful friends, from Florida and Connecticut. Besides his loving and devoted wife<strong>of</strong> 62 years, Joe is survived by his beloved and caring daughter, Susan Murelli and her fiancéLuciano " Lucky" Annunziata <strong>of</strong> Bristol and their dog, Pepper; another daughter, Jane Kinsleyand her husband Fletcher <strong>of</strong> South Windsor and their two daughters, KeriLyn and Heather;three brothers, Albert Murelli <strong>of</strong> Winsted, Pete Murelli and Raymond Murelli, both <strong>of</strong> Torrington;two sisters, Mary Dablain <strong>of</strong> Harwinton and Irma Seitz <strong>of</strong> Torrington; and many nieces,nephews, cousins and extended family and friends in Florida and Connecticut. He waspredeceased by two brothers, Louie and John; and two sisters, Clara Meyers and RosieWaldron. There are no calling hours. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 12, 11 a.m. atthe Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike, Canton. Private burial will be in <strong>Burlington</strong>Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>.MUSHRALL, HARVEY J., 58, <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>, died 10-9-1965 in Drumond, New Brunswick,Canada. Born in Hamlin, ME, he lived in <strong>Burlington</strong> many years. He was an active member <strong>of</strong>the <strong>Burlington</strong> Men's Club, the Redmen's Club and <strong>Burlington</strong> Fire Dept. He leaves his wife,Mrs. Rose Charette Mushrall; two sons, Albert <strong>of</strong> Unionville and Raymond <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; twodaughters, Mrs. Irene Kane <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong> and Mrs. Jean Prusenowski <strong>of</strong> New Britain; a brother,Louis Mazerolle and 11 grandchildren.MUZYNSKI, JANET (Stalker), 65, wife <strong>of</strong> Edward Muzynski <strong>of</strong> Pine Hill Road, died 1-25-1996. She was born in Waterbury, 9-19-1930, daughter <strong>of</strong> the late Herold and Amy (Stalker)Teeler. She was an Art Teacher in Region No. 10. Besides her husband, she is survived by 3daughters, Carolyn Hart <strong>of</strong> Mansfield, MA, Joan Muzynski <strong>of</strong> Bristol and Amy Paparazzo <strong>of</strong>Odenton, MD; a brother, Allen Stalker <strong>of</strong> Utica, NY; a sister, Doris Sears <strong>of</strong> Plainville. She waspredeceased by a brother, Bud Stalker. Burial in Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.MUZYNSKI, VIOLET(Sikorski) 92, <strong>of</strong> Spielman Highway, wife to John Andrew Muzynski, died 7-30-2000. She was born 12-17-1907 in Scranton, PA, d/o Stanley and Stella P.Nicksa(Pileski) Sikorski, andhad lived in <strong>Burlington</strong> for the past 80 years. Mr. & Mrs. Muzynski owned and operated Johnnie's SnackBar and Restaurant on route 4 for 14 years. She is survived by a grandson, Jerry Romaniec and his wifeNancy <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; a sister, Pauline N.Gregerick <strong>of</strong> Unionville; a son-in-law, Carl J.Romaniec, and agreat granddaughter. She was predeceased by a daughter, Edna M.Romaniec; four sisters, SophieS.Zils, Laura S.Coutu, Josephine S.Bombara and Ann N.Tiffany; five brothers, Steve Sikorski, FrankSikorski, Henry Nicksa, Walter Nicksa and Theodore Nicksa. Burial in Canton, CTMYERS, VIRGINIA (O'Brien) 47, former <strong>Burlington</strong> resident died suddenly 5-22-1978 in FL. Born 3-19-1931, she was the daughter <strong>of</strong> the late Daniel & Ruth (Pilon) O'Brien. She is survived by her husband,William Myers; three sons, Daniel, Anthony and Sean, all at home; Cremation and burial, CenterCemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.NEILMANN, ELIZABETH (Broadbent) died at her home in Waterbury following an illness <strong>of</strong> but a fewhours on 9-29-1923. Elizabeth was born in <strong>Burlington</strong> 8-3-1890, the daughter <strong>of</strong> Fred and MaryBroadbent. She attended the schools in <strong>Burlington</strong> and twenty years ago moved with her parents to thisvillage and graduated from the local high school and later from Wilbraham and Syracuse University.
