He was born 7-24-1916 in <strong>Burlington</strong> and had lived there all his life. Mr.Hinman owned and operated E.R.Hinman & Son Inc. for over 50 years. He served two terms inthe CT.. State Legislature in 1941 and 1943. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons,H.Peter <strong>of</strong> New Hartford, Paul L. and Michael, both <strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; a daughter, Mary H.Elterich <strong>of</strong>Trumbull; two sisters, Jeanne Bartman <strong>of</strong> Sherman Oaks, CA and Helen Bardwell <strong>of</strong> Hatfield,MA. Burial in Center Cemetery, <strong>Burlington</strong>, CT.HINMAN, JOHN D. 70, died 1-18-1946. Resided, Maple St. East Lee, MA, a teamster. Son <strong>of</strong>John J. & Anna (Beach)Hinman. Born in Mansfield in 7-23-1885, she lived in <strong>Burlington</strong>55 years. She and her husband, Ernest R. who has been a dairy farmer & lumber businessman,celebrated their 55th anniversary 7-6-1965. He lived in <strong>Burlington</strong>25 years before moving to New Hartford. He was a partner in E.R.Hinman & Sons, Inc. for 32years and also employed by A.Aiudi & Sons. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Bertolini)Hinman; two sons, Peter J. & Thomas J.Hinman <strong>of</strong> New Hartford; two brothers and their wives,Paul L. and Victoria G.Hinman <strong>of</strong> Plainville and Michael J. & Deborah B.Hinman if <strong>Burlington</strong>; asister and her husband, Mary H. and Dr. John Willis. Besides her parents, she is survived by her son, Shawn M.Nedorostik<strong>of</strong> <strong>Burlington</strong>; two brothers, Mark A. <strong>of</strong> Unionville, and Matthew P. <strong>of</strong> Westfield, Mass.; a sister,Margaret M.Madore <strong>of</strong> Bristol.
